From the beginning of the procedure to the very end, Spray Removal ensures the complete and concise documentation necessary to process every case. A step-by-step check-list is standard procedure.
Vehicles are first thoroughly inspected. Upon completion of the inspection and prior to the cleaning, the owner/claimant will review the Inspection Report. The report contains all relevant information regarding the overspray damage, including photographs of the damage and will be signed at the bottom by the claimant. The authorizing signature will allow the necessary cleaning to commence.
Conventional Methods Used by Body Shops and Detail Shops

Sanding and buffing have been used for years to remove overspray and the results have been unacceptable. The paint finish is dulled, swirl marks are left and the vehicle owners are never satisfied.
Overspray Method

Our hand done process gently removes overspray with polishes that do not harm clear coats. Proprietary cleaning products and techniques ensure unmatched results. These techniques vary depending on the vehicle finish and type of contamination.
Any unrelated damage that occurred to the property separate to the overspray, will be documented as well. Any part of the property that cannot be cleaned are also documented for any possible future adjustment.
A release is then signed by the satisfied owner/claimant after the cleaning process has been completed. A photograph of the cleaned property will accompany the release to further reduce future liability problems. Overspray Removal will retain a copy of all work-order files. Originals will be delivered to the adjuster for filing. |
